Brazil already plans to start leaving the united nations peace keeping mission that him leads in Haiti. Mr amorim says "we can't have a disorganised exit that create chaos".Despite him says that a mission perpetuated is not good there is no timetable for leaving.
The mission has been dogged by controversy because there are people that see the mission as a test to Brazil, to receive a permanent seat in the united nations force. President Martinelly has sayed that Haiti still needs the united nations force.
